And just like that it is October. As soon as October hit, pumpkins and halloween decorations start crawling out of the woodwork. With so many decorations to choose from, how can one make a tasteful and sophisticated table scape that is equally as spooky as it is beautiful?
Create the best Halloween table setting by taking the best parts of the holiday (black and orange, spider webs, pumpkins, scary things) and making them cute and more “adult”. Combine the classic color scheme with burlap, lace of a simple tablecloth to capture the “spooky” aspects of Halloween.
Add to the table some pumpkins and fun china, glasses and flatware. Choose colors that fit in the color scheme, rich oranges, blacks, and golds. Of course pumpkins should be added to the table. They can be real, glass or even wooden, for a more rustic touch.
